We searched high and low to find a good value, great tasting Riesling and here it is! From Chile's cool climate region of Bio Bio, this has bright lime, yellow grapefruit, green apple and honeysuckle to match the zingy citrus-driven core that's dry but not bone dry. Great on it's own or with spicy Thai food.
