Description

Chenin Blanc, one of the best grape varieties on earth, here biodynamically farmed by Mike Sleegers in Margaret River and then made by Xavier and Patrick from Jumping Juice. This one's got all the cues of Chenin (green apple, lemon curd, grapefruit) but still has tension, acidity, and importantly, a dry finish. We love it!

Patrick Sullivan Wines was established in 2012, and since then, Patrick has become known for his innovative approach and his focus on producing wines with minimal intervention. He sources grapes from carefully selected, often biodynamically farmed vineyards across Victoria, with a particular emphasis on cooler-climate sites that allow for the production of fresh, balanced wines. His portfolio includes a diverse range of varietals, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to more unconventional choices like Sémillon and Gewürztraminer.
In the vineyard, Patrick practices organic and biodynamic farming, believing that healthy, vibrant soils are the key to producing wines that are true expressions of their terroir. He works closely with growers who share his commitment to sustainability and natural farming practices.
