Pieropan

Founded in 1901 by Dr. Leonildo Pieropan, the winery has grown through four generations. His grandson, also Leonildo, revolutionised Soave winemaking with single-vineyard wines like Calvarino and La Rocca. Emphasising terroir, sustainability, and tradition, he introduced organic farming and modern techniques. Today, sons Andrea and Dario continue his legacy, expanding into Valpolicella with Villa Cipolla. Their innovative, hillside-integrated winery symbolises a deep respect for the land and a belief that "the future has an ancient heart."

Encompassing a range of climates and terrains, it is particularly famous for its sparkling Prosecco, made primarily from the Glera grape, which offers vibrant, fruity flavours and refreshing acidity.
