Description

This crisp and aromatic white wine showcases the Rkatsiteli grape in a fresh, modern style. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white peach, pear, and citrus blossom, underpinned by hints of honeysuckle and fresh herbs. The palate is vibrant and well-balanced, with flavours of yellow plum, green apple, and melon, supported by zesty acidity and a clean, mineral finish.

The grapes are hand-harvested from vineyards in the Kakheti region of eastern Georgia, where Rkatsiteli thrives in the warm days and cool nights. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the wine's fresh fruit character and aromatic profile. The wine is aged briefly on fine lees to add texture and complexity without overpowering the varietal purity.

Excellent with grilled vegetables, soft cheeses, fresh seafood, light pasta dishes, or Georgian starters like pkhali and khachapuri. Serve chilled at 10–12°C.
