Description

This cuvee has been elaborated from the four Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger. It is a blend of two different years, revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay. Its complexity, great vinosity and surprisingly fresh finish are particularly appealing.

A fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies glints of gold colour. A cuvee that will surprise you with its pure intensity of dry fruits aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of fruits of white flesh.

Aromas of buttered brioche and minerals accompany the creamy sensation of the bubbles. Persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.

Champagne Billecart-Salmon

It all started in 1818 when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon were married, marking the creation of their Champagne House. A family story since the beginning, over 7 generations, each member of the family has endeavoured to continue the family tradition, staying faithful to the same motto: "Give priority to quality, strive for excellence.” The wines are vinified at low temperatures to give the signature of the Billecart-Salmon style, delicate aromas and purity of fruit.

It is particularly famous for its traditional method sparkling wines, known simply as Champagne, made primarily from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes. These wines are celebrated for their fine bubbles, crisp acidity, and complex flavours, often displaying notes of citrus, apple, brioche, and minerals. The region is divided into several sub-regions, including Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs, each contributing unique characteristics to the wines.
