The grape variety is Lambrusco Maestri. Thanks to its characteristics of resistance to moisture, mildew and also for its generous productivity, it has proved to be an excellent grape variety.

The result is a full-bodied wine with good structure and 12% – 13% alcohol.Elegant with nice character with notes of apple and tropical fruit. The palate is rich with great fruit, good acid and a long, fruit-packed finish. Also great to age!

Produced in a completely natural way: no fermentation control, no thermal forcing, no chemical aids, no clarification, no acidification or deacidification and no use of enzymes, selected yeasts or other additives.
