Fruit for this wine comes from over 50 small parcels of vines – previously neglected vineyards, some even pre-dating phylloxera. This is a personal project for Jerome, and his dedication to reviving these sites has yielded spectacular results. Floral nose with a vibrant core of wild berries. Violets, orange peel, spices on the nose with defined minerality on the palate.
