Description

Unique for NV, Jacquesson has a tradition of crafting a new blend with each iteration. The idea for the series came in 1998 when Laurent and Jean-Herve were working on the 1997 vintage. They made a blend that they really loved with the majority of the blend being Chardonnay. But they knew they could not reproduce this same blend every year and were not happy with this notion and so the decision was made to not produce a consistent style any longer.

Made from a blend of 43% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier grown entirely from Grand and Premieur Cru vineyards. There is no dosage added and the balance and depth achieved is a testament to the quality of winemaking on show. Stunning, elegant and unmissable.
