The Tzonevo Cabernet Franc 2021 from Odessos Urban Winery is a charismatic wine with a nose that bursts with rich fruit on the nose an varietally classic green capsicum. It's all very well integrated and round in the mouth. 

On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure with powerful yet soft tannins, adding a robust phenolic character that enriches the flavour profile. 

This wine, sourced from the warmer vineyards near Tsonevo village, is aged for 8-9 months in Bulgarian barrels on the fine lees. After that, the wine is stored in a stainless steel tank for another 8 months.
