Marc Kent of Boekenhoutskloof and Callie Louw, the farmer and guardian of this unique vineyard, have created a masterpiece of organic and biodynamic wine-making. Using only whole bunches and concrete fermentation, they let the wine age in Concrete Eggs and Foudre. The result is a single-vineyard wine that stands out as one of the best in Swartland. It has a vibrant and expressive fruit character that balances richness and freshness with stunning clarity.
