Since its inception, Ridge has focused on single vineyard wines. Three Valleys is their winemakers' wine, made by carefully combining parcels from a number of different vineyards. After ageing for twelve months in barrel, the tannins have softened and brought out the fruit.

The aroma is rich with toasted wood, sweet berries, fragrant tea and warm spices. The taste is complex and balanced, with dark chocolate, cherry, herbs and velvety tannins. This wine is ready to drink now but will age gracefully for the next five years.
