Description
From clay-rich “Terre Rosse” soils between Francavilla Bisio and Tassarolo, this unfiltered Cortese is made with short skin contact, spontaneous fermentation and no fining. It rests eight months on lees and three in bottle.
Fresh and elegant, it shows citrus and white-flower aromas with a savoury, smooth palate and a hint of honey on the finish. Perfect at 12-14 °C as an aperitivo or with seafood, light pasta and white meats.
