Ver Sacrum

Ver Sacrum is a small, unconventional project led by Eduardo Soler in Mendoza, Argentina. With vineyards in Lunlunta and Los Chacayes, the focus is on reviving Mediterranean varieties like Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Roussanne. Wines are made with low-intervention methods—native yeasts, no new oak, minimal manipulation—to express vineyard and vintage. Fluid, fresh, and food-friendly, Ver Sacrum wines reflect a passion for terroir and a desire to showcase a different side of Argentine viticulture.
