A gorgeous golden sparkling light complements its translucent colour.
The nose is captivatingly fresh and very complex with notes of citrus, white fruit and apple. It ends on an elegant vanilla note. On the palate it is refreshing and balanced with a seductive roundness. Citrus and peach notes go hand in hand with an elegant woodiness.
Perfect with aged cheeses, this wine is also a treat with salmon in a salt crust, grilled sea bass, toast with dry cured ham and sundried tomatoes, or a truffled Spanish omelette.
