4 Kilos Winery is located in Mallorca and was founded in August 2006 by friends Francesc Grimalt and Sergio Caballero. The name "4 Kilos" came from their initial investment of 4 million pesetas, which showed that a good wine doesn't necessarily require a large financial investment, but rather a dedication to quality and a love of wine. 

The winery is committed to sustainable farming and most of their wines hold organic certification. Their goal is to produce wines that capture the character and subtleties of each grape variety, with a unique approach and presentation. They strive to identify the perfect combination of soil, climate, and clone for each type of grape.
