Description

This blend is very floral with notes of vine flowers and jasmine. A cognac very round, mellow and smooth with a great complexity for a young cognac.

Crafted predominantly from ugni-blanc grapes, this cognac is a product of sustainable viticulture on the chalky soils of Petite Champagne, known for their limestone content. The cognac is aged primarily in French Limousin Oak barrels, spending 4 to 8 months in new casks before being transferred to older 'roux' casks for several more years, thus ensuring a rich depth of flavor.
