Lively aromas of lemongrass and snow pea jump out of the glass, supported by a tropical mix of guava, passionfruit and a hint of flintiness. The palate leads with an incredibly bright and clean acid line before moving into tropical and citrus fruit. Some textural barrel ferment characters interplay with mouth-watering acidity bringing delicious line and length.
