Description

A new wine for 2018 and the final experimental release of the same vintage, “Little Wonder”  is a wine that we really enjoyed making. Sitting at an alcohol of just 11.5%, it is a homage to the wines of Loire.  Cabernet Noir is a varietal with a dominate parentage of Cabernet Sauvignon lending itself to characters of raspberries, strawberries, red and black currants alongside savory notes of leather and tobacco. Unlike most full-bodied wines of the same style, this one has refined tannins and is medium body allowing for a more approachable wine.
