A four square blend of mountain Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. Aging in new French oak provides an abundance of vanilla creamy oakiness balanced with the naturally waxy fruit. A bold wine on the palate the oak nicely marries with the lengthy more-ish zesty acidity and tang. A serious drop with serious intent.
