Pedroni vinegars have won 24 diplomas at the prestigious Palio di San Giovanni, reflecting their exceptional quality. Made from Trebbiano di Spagna and Ruggine grapes from the family's 150-year-old Modena vineyards, the cooked must is enriched with aged vinegar and natural wine vinegar. Aged in bay casks, the vinegar is deeply coloured and syrupy, offering complex aromas, balanced acidity, and a velvety texture. Sweet and sour notes are beautifully harmonised in this traditional balsamic.
