A new wine and new blend for 2021, and like previous iterations very different from its siblings . This white blend was made from two Germanic varieties, Muller Thurgau and Reichenstiener, both of which are widely planted throughout the UK. The grapes were whole bunch pressed into varied sized Burgundy barrels and indigenously fermented separately. Both wines spent 7 months on gross lees and then blended together before bottling. Slight hints of vanilla, white flowers, ginger root, and English garden herbs. The palate is ripe stone fruits such as apricot and white peach, hints of citrus zest, accompanied by garden herbs with texture and viscosity.
