Made from organically grown Garnacha and Syrah on the altitude of 750 m which helps the grapes to retain freshness. Ripe but not jammy fruit complemented by a spicy pepperiness on the nose. Powerful palate and refreshing acidity, along with further spice. Pair with red meats or even paella.
