While Ponce are known as Bobal-pioneers, this Garnacha is a superb addition to their range; it’s a fresh, linear wine with mineral notes and chalky-tannins, a serious take on the grape that has a similar profile to the Garnachas of Gredos. Grapes for the wine are sourced from the Gastón vineyard, a 10 hectare plot with calcareous clay soils that was recently recovered.
A Garnacha with chalky tannins, floral notes and juicy red berry fruits, it has serious, mineral notes and refreshing acidity.
