Grapes are carefully selected at the harvesting and in the cellar. The grapes are destemmed before crushing. Fermentation with selected yeasts. Aged on fine lees for 2 weeks.
Citrus colour with green reflections. On the nose, the wine shows an aroma with strong lemon, muscade and orange notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh, with a very harmonious long finish.
