A pet nat 2021 from the Deuric winery made of Sauvignon blanc, yielding a sparkling wine of greenish-yellow colour, with fine, pearly bubbles. The wine is extremely fresh and easy to feel on the nose, followed by a complex of Sauvignon varietal notes from herbal to fruity. Exceptional freshness remains when tasting the wine. A wonderfully refreshing bottle to crack open in the summer months
