Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot

Pillot’s origins date back to the 17th century in Chassagne, starting as coopers before expanding vineyards in the 19th century. Today, the family cultivates 14.8 hectares across 22 appellations, mainly in Chassagne-Montrachet and Pommard, plus Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, and Beaune. Their wines are vinified and aged in their cellar, combining modern techniques with tradition. The vineyards are organically managed, with soil cultivated without chemical herbicides, honoring their centuries-old terroirs.
