The nose reveals expressive aromas of red cherry and raspberry, lifted by floral notes of peony and a subtle hint of liquorice. On the palate, the wine is smooth, rounded and well balanced, offering generous fruit and an easy, harmonious structure. Made from 100% Malbec, a variety originating from South-West France and closely associated with Cahors, the vines naturally produce high yields, so crop levels are carefully controlled to ensure concentration. The grapes are harvested late to achieve full ripeness and maximise the wine’s rich fruit character. A versatile partner for grilled red meats or a cheeseboard. Best served between 18 °C and 20 °C.
