Description

A delicate rose-pink colour, with a cascade of fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is vibrant and inviting, bursting with fresh red fruits, like delicate strawberries and summer raspberries, elevated by a hint of passion fruit. On the palate, sweet cherry plums make way for buttery shortbread. Light and creamy in texture, it has a wonderfully refreshing acidity that finishes smoothly and lingers beautifully. 

Pair with scones, jam and cream for an indulgent afternoon tea.  Or as a delicious starter with parma ham, paté and other charcuterie.
