Description

This name is inspired by the fact that it is a rose wine made from 100% Sangiovese grapes (hence the name Anima), where only the first quality raw material (tear / loom) is used to obtain a wine of excellence and purity.  Very fresh, vibrant acidity, elegant, very exquisite and gastronomic.

Intense yet discreet with notes of tangerine and green plum. In the mouth reveals an extraordinary balance between acidity and sweetness with a refreshing acidity with the presence of citrus notes and red fruits.  The wine finishes dry, with a subtle and lingering creaminess on the palate.
