A rare wine of the highest quality, the Trockenbeerenauslese is created from a selected picking of dried, very ripe berries that have been affected by "noble" rot. Golden yellow in colour, with a nose of intensive floral notes, pineapple and passionfruit. In the palate come hints of caramel, honey, apricot and gooseberry, all giving a complex, rich and harmonious finish.
