Brothers Luca and Giuseppe Esposito, based in Castellaneta, Puglia, released their first Le Ferre oil after the 2000–2001 harvest. Giuseppe, one of Italy’s youngest maestri oleari, produces a single-varietal Coratina oil. Their groves, at 230–290m altitude, feature 330 trees per hectare on neutral, mineral-rich soils. Hand-picked olives are processed within 24 hours, crushed, and cold-centrifuged below 27°C. The oil is infused with white truffle, filtered traditionally, and bottled. It shows intense white truffle aromas with rich flavours, ideal for meats, eggs, pasta, and pizza.
