This wine is made from 100% Grenache grapes, grown organically without any chemical inputs. It is fermented naturally, without any added sulphur or other additives. It has a refreshing and lively taste, with flavours of liquorice, sour cherry, orange, and wild raspberry. It also has a touch of spice, with hints of pepper and coriander, and a floral core, with notes of woodland flowers. The tannins are smooth and supple, giving the wine a sleek and elegant texture. It is a cool and refined wine, unlike any other Languedoc Grenache. It is reminiscent of Pinot Noir but with a more playful and carefree character. It is a great value wine, perfect for any occasion.
