An evening dedicated to one of Japan’s most pioneering wine estates, Château Mercian.

While Japan is often associated with sake, its modern wine movement has been quietly redefining expectations. Château Mercian stands at the forefront of this shift, producing precise, cool-climate wines from Yamanashi and Nagano, where challenging vineyard conditions reward patience, rigour and meticulous viticulture.
