The vinification of Barolo Vignarionda takes place in horizontal fermenters at a controlled temperature for about 12/15 days. The refinement lasts 24 months, divided between barriques and large wooden barrels.
The colour is intense garnet red. The nose is complex, and elegant, with nuances ranging from wild berries to sweet tobacco, and deep and intriguing balsamic hints. On the palate, it is a rich, harmonious wine, with extraordinary persistence.
