Produttori del Barbaresco produces nine single vineyard Riserva wines, but only in great vintages. These wines are made from a selection of grapes sourced from nine historically premium sites located in the Barbaresco village: Asili, Montefico, Montestefano, Muncagota, Ovello, Pajè, Pora, Rabajà, and Rio Sordo.
Since their first release in 1967, they have been vinified and aged in the same style to showcase their unique personalities in their purest form. The vinification process includes fermentation at 30°C, 32 days of skin contact, and malolactic fermentation. Afterward, the wine is aged for 36 months in large oak barrels and 9 months in the bottle.
