Description Quinta de Chocapalha Tinto is a blend of native Portuguese grapes from ancient vineyards near Lisbon. The wine is fermented in traditional granite Lagares and stainless steel, and then aged for 18 months in French oak barriques. The wine has a deep violet colour and a powerful aroma of ripe black fruit, spice and rose. On the palate, it is elegant and smooth, with soft tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and expressive. This Tinto goes well with portabello mushroom burgers or spicy beef stirfry.
