Join us for a very special Piedmont masterclass exploring the historic Travaglini estate of Gattinara, paired with some of Italy’s most exceptional artisan charcuterie.

Now in its 5th generation, the Travaglini family has been producing wine in Gattinara since the early 1900s, devoted entirely to expressing the nobility of Nebbiolo in this historic northern Piedmont appellation. While Barolo captures the spotlight, seasoned collectors know that Gattinarais one of Nebbiolo’s most distinctive and quietly revered homes, where volcanic soils and Alpine freshness give wines of perfume, structure and extraordinary longevity.

Under the tutelage of Travaglini's Hospitality Director, Silvana, we will taste a curated selection of Travaglini wines, showing how Nebbiolo shines in this small, heritage-driven region prized by connoisseurs.

Each wine will be paired with authentic Italian salumi from tiny artisan producers, supplied by Crouch’s, specialists in exceptional traditional Italian charcuterie. The highlight is the legendary Culatello di Zibello,  the “king of salumi”,one of Italy’s most prized cured meats, famed for its depth and silkiness. Alongside it, enjoy beautifully aged Prosciutto di San Daniele and artisan Prosciutto di Parma from the historic Devodier house, plus further small-producer specialities chosen to complement the aromatics and savoury depth of Nebbiolo.
