This wine is made from a blend of 70% Grüner Veltliner and 30% Gelber Muskateller, with 3% skins of Gelber Muskateller. The wine is bottled while still fermenting, which captures the natural bubbles within the bottle. This handcrafted wine is fermented with native yeasts and does not include any fining, filtration, or sulphur. You can expect citrus notes, which add freshness to the wine, as well as apple and pear flavours. The wine has a crisp acidity that balances the fruitiness.
