Description

This is a super light, juicy gluggable red, perfect on a hot summer's day. Made from 100% Pamid, an indigenous Bulgarian red grape variety, this wine comes from the Thracian Valley.

Spontaneous fermentation in open top oak barrel fermenters, the wine stays on the lees for one month with daily batonnage. Bottled unfiltered with no added sulfites.

A delicate nose of ripe red fruits and herbs, the palate is elegant, light-to-medium bodied, very fresh and fruity carrying the typicity of the Pamid grape variety. Ripe cherry and raspberry notes along silky tannins, crisp acidity and vibrant fruity finish.
