Description

Perpétuelle is the living memory of the estate, drawn from a perpetual reserve begun in 2008 and blended from 50% Chardonnay, 25% Meunier and 25% Pinot Noir sourced from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley. Long ageing in oak casks on fine lees brings real depth and aromatic complexity, and it pours a beautiful golden yellow with a very pure, fruity nose and a gentle hint of pastry in the background. The palate is seductive, combining lively freshness with a pleasing structure, while intense, complex flavours carry through to a long and persistent finish. It is a signature cuvée that captures the character of the house in every glass.
