A single-vineyard Manzanilla matured for 12 years and bottled en rama (only very lightly filtered), giving immense concentration and complexity of flavour balanced by mouthwatering acidity. Briny, yeasty and nutty, with floral hints on the beautifully textured, weighty palate that leads to a very long lemon zest finish.
