Bright golden in colour with green tinges that evoke the grape variety and must from which it originates. The aroma is complex, pungent, mineral and delicate. The characteristic aromas that originate from this type of wine are influenced by the proximity of the Hidalgo cellars to the sea and the fresh fragrance of the ocean breeze. On the palate the En Rama is fresh, dry, salty, light and elegant, mouth feel with a touch of bitterness.
Should be served chilled, ideal with all types of tapas, fish, shellfish, white and smoked meats, salads, vegetarian dishes, ham and olives.
