This wine, of a soft pale lemon colour, presents a flinty and fruity bouquet with notes of grapefruit, orange peel and gentle notes of blossom. The wine, being 100% Sauvignon, is as you would expect, bone dry, medium-bodied and exceedingly elegant. The blend of two terroirs (limestone and flint) brings complexity and balance to this white.Ideal as an aperitif or with summer dishes, you will be seduced by its tender and fresh palate.
