Description

Cabernet Sauvignon “Mountain Peak” comes from an organically farmed vineyard situated high atop the Atlas Peak AVA in the Vaca Mountains, at an altitude of 1,400 feet. Once in the winery, the grapes are cold-soaked until the start of native fermentation. The resulting single-vineyard wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that’s rich and densely-packed, savoury with dried sage and a signature cocoa aroma.
