Description

The winery was established by oenologist Aurelia Visinescu and her associate Steve Cacenco. In love with nature, during the last years attending Horticulture University, Aurelia Vișinescu chose to study oenology, fascinated by the science behind wine. Following her passion for wine, the results of her work consequently appeared – the dream to have her own vineyards and winery.

This is a wine that Aurelia made on her return from her travels to the vineyards of the New World. 

From the Dealu Mare DOC in Romania, this 100% Fetească Regala is grown in limestone-clay soils. Raised in stainless steel, the freshness and aromatics of the wine are preserved giving a pale lemon colour with fresh grass and elderflower aromas on the nose. On the palate, it's refreshing and moreish. On the palate, grapefruit and some ripe peach, with white flowers, lime notes and a long lasting finish. A touch of residual sugar and savoury notes yield a delicious texture.
