Description

Straw colour, gold reflections. The nose is very fine. Mix aromas of sugar cane, dried fruits (dates, apricot), spices, honey, beeswax. There are also flavours of custard, vanilla creme caramel and sweet pepper. We find these spicy notes in the mouth: pepper, chilli, balsamic. Lots of roundness and fat. Long on the palate.
