Carefully selected organically grown Verdejo (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%) sourced from the coolest high altitude vines, harvested at night and then fermented at low temperature with several months on the lees and regular batonnage. Fresh, crisp with intense citrus, lime and tropical notes and a persistent finish. Ideal with grilled fish, seared scallops, rice chicken dishes and light salads
