BOLLE Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine that captivates with its vibrant effervescence and layered complexity, appealing to both casual sippers and seasoned connoisseurs. A refreshing burst of citrus opens the experience, with zesty notes of lemon, grapefruit, and lime, beautifully interwoven with hints of orange and lemon zest.

Delicious on its own or try with roast chicken, scallops or mushroom risotto.

Bolle Drinks Limited

Bolle Drinks is a London-based producer of premium alcohol-free wines (under 0.5% ABV), founded by Italian oenologist Roberto Vanin. Its range spans sparkling Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, plus still Chardonnay, Chardonnay Reserve from de-alcoholised Burgundy, Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé. Core grapes come from La Mancha, with production in Rheinhessen. The distinctive step is a patent-pending second fermentation of the de-alcoholised base, rebuilding aroma, acidity and mouthfeel without added sugar or flavourings. Wine Enthusiast gave its sparkling Rosé 93 points.
