Tasting note

Sourced from vineyards in western Sicily, where warm Mediterranean breezes and limestone-rich soils shape the character of this native variety. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to capture freshness and aromatic purity.

Vibrant aromas of lemon peel, green apple, white flowers, and a touch of fresh herbs. The palate is light to medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and flavours of citrus, orchard fruit, and a subtle mineral edge. Clean, refreshing, and gently textured, it finishes with bright, saline notes, making it an ideal match for seafood, light pasta dishes, or as an apéritif.
