The Reserva wine spends 20 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels and a minimum bottle ageing of 24 months before release. This is a great wine, superbly balanced yet suggestive. Intense bigarreau cherry red colour with subtle purple highlights, bright russet and amber rims displaying its ageing. Delightfully subtle on the nose, with ripe fruit notes perfectly blended with the wood ageing, leading us to special aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) and the stimulating scent of roasted coffee or toasted bread. Very meaty on the tongue, with a lingering finish and fully balanced acidity. The harmony of the soft, mature tannins fills your palate with enjoyable textures.
